Is it possible to do integration of ServiceNow with non-admin user?

This describes privileges required for ServiceNow integration.

Solution

For integration with ServiceNow, ServiceNow REST table API is used.

To access table API, appropriate permission are required for "Sync User".

Refer User Privileges for permission required to different tables.
