OH-Jama-0020

Description

When you encounter error OH-Jama-0020, then following error message will appear: OH-Jama-0020 Error occurred because filter does not exist with name: <Filter ID>, Please create filter with the same name.

Cause

Probable cause for this issue is: The error is usually thrown when the filter which has been used in the Criteria Configuration section of OpsHub Integration Manager does not exist.

Solution

To resolve this kindly use the correct filter id of the Jama filter in the Criteria Configuration section of OpsHub Integration Manager.
