Description

When you encounter error OH-Jama-0043, then following error message will appear: OH-Jama-0043: Jama "Location" field is null or empty. Please reconfigure field mapping. You need to map either Location or Location Path.

Cause

Probable cause for this issue is: -The error is usually thrown when the location/location path field either isn’t mapped in field mapping or its value remains empty on the Jama side.

Solution

• To resolve this, ensure that the value mapping for the Location field is done correctly

• Also, the default value for location/location path can be set
