Description
When you encounter error OH-JIRA-0323, then following error message will appear: OH-JIRA-0323: Error occurred while logging-in in Jira. JSON response: {"errorMessages":["Login failed"],"errors":{}}
Cause
One of probable reason could be that the username or password provided in Jira's system configuration is not correct.
Solution
To check whether the username or password is correct or not, perform these steps: a. Try logging-in with the same username and password through the Jira UI. b. If the login was not possible through Jira UI, please check with your administrator for the correct credentials.
