# How to reduce the issue of this overloading on Jira On-Premise server?

Jira On-Premise Server is overloaded with REST API request from sync user. How to reduce the issue of this overloading on Jira On-Premise server?

For **Cookie-Based Authentication**, it does less number of internal API calls.
