# When can the user use ServiceNow Quick Connect in configuration?

### Description

This section describes when the user can use ServiceNow Quick Connect in configuration.

### Solution

If user wants to skip the prerequisite of having Import Set Tables configuration or if the user wants to give read and write permissions on the main tables, they can go with ServiceNow Quick Connect.

> **Note:** ServiceNow Quick Connect supports only tables extending task and knowledge.
