# OH-JIRA-0323

### Description

When you encounter error OH-JIRA-0323, then following error message will appear: **OH-JIRA-0323**: Error occurred while logging-in in Jira. JSON response: `{"errorMessages":["Login failed"],"errors":{}}`

### Cause

One of probable reason could be that the username or password provided in Jira's system configuration is not correct.

### Solution

1. To check whether the username or password is correct or not, perform these steps:\
   a. Try logging-in with the same username and password through the Jira UI.\
   b. If the login was not possible through Jira UI, please check with your administrator for the correct credentials.
